Meet your trainer
Meet Kori Belliston, a dedicated Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC), passionate about helping others achieve their fitness and wellness goals. With a strong background in medicine and athletics, Kori brings a unique blend of expertise, discipline, and real-world experience to her coaching.
Originally from the midwest and spending her school years in Southern Utah, Kori’s fitness journey began at the age of 6 when she started playing competitive soccer. At 14, she transitioned into Mixed Martial Arts and karate, quickly becoming a coach by 16, working with both children and adults. Practicing alongside professional fighters and elite coaches, she developed a deep understanding of resilience, determination, and love for training. In high school, she also participated in competitive rugby. Dedicating herself to the sport, it gave her the opportunity of competing in state and national tournaments, adding to her diverse athletic background. After graduating, Kori studied Psychology and Criminal Justice at Dixie State University, now called Utah Tech University, before moving back home to Central Indiana.
Kori moved to Arizona in March of 2018 and was introduced to the world of prehospital emergency medicine. She obtained her EMT and Paramedic certification, and then continued on in her passion for health and fitness by pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science at Arizona State University, graduating in 2023. Kori has been serving her community as an Emergency Paramedic since 2019 with a local fire department, giving her firsthand knowledge of injury prevention, chronic disease, and overall health optimization. After spending years of watching her fellow first responders suffer with on-the-job injuries and health concerns, she obtained her CPT and chose to dedicate herself towards providing injury rehabilitation, strength training, and overall wellness to both athletic and general populations.
When she’s not coaching or on duty, Kori loves to travel, camp, explore the outdoors, and spend time with friends and family.
